We are proud to offer Essex Parts’ 355X32 6 Piston competition front brake system, with fitment for the E46 M3. This kit is based on the CP9660 6 piston caliper and CP7177 72 vane 355X32mm J hook rotor, both from AP Racing. Unlike other big brake kits on the market, the Essex Parts 355X32 kit was designed from the outset to endure hard track and even competition use, without compromise. Sized to work with the OEM ABS system, master cylinder, and rear brakes, this kit also manages to save 5lbs of unsprung mass total over the OEM single piston caliper and iron rotor setup.

ATTENTION: Installation requires removal of the front dust shields, which is only possible via cutting or removal of the front bearing, which then necessitates a replacement bearing!

Left and right AP Racing CP9660 calipers made in UK
Left and right 6061 aluminum caliper mounting brackets with studs, washers, mounting bolts and K-nuts
Front stainless steel brake lines manufactured by Spiegler in the USA with banjo bolts and crush rings
Left and right AP Racing 355X32 72 vane friction discs assembled on 6061 aluminum mounting hats with anti-knockback/rattle springs. Friction discs made in UK and mounting hats made in USA.
Rotor retention screws
We highly recommend using AP Racing Radi-Cal Brake Fluids, Ferodo pads and having your pads bedded in by us so your rotors are ready to use
