In using the Angry Ass website (www.Angry-Ass.com), you agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose and accept the risk of working on an open network. Although Angry Ass Solutions does not purposefully share personal information (data or facts) with anyone, including the NSA, we cannot accept responsibility for any communication which may be intercepted, or otherwise do not safely reach the intended recipient.

In using this site, you agree and acknowledge that the trademarks, images, text, design, and layout are owned or licensed by Angry Ass Limited. Trademarks which are not owned or licensed by Angry Ass Limited may be represented on the site, and are protected by international and US copyright regulation. Angry Ass Limited graphics and logos are the sole property of the website proprietors and use is only permitted with express written permission by its owners.
Hyperlinks on this site may redirect you to other sites (example: we recommend another manufacturer’s product). Angry Ass Limited cannot guarantee the accuracy of those hyperlinks or more importantly, associated websites, in any way.
Indemnification
In using our site you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Angry Ass Limited, its affiliated companies, partners, and officers from all claims and expenses, including and not limited to attorney fees that arise from the misuse of this site. Angry Ass Limited reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with Angry Ass Limited in asserting any available defenses.
International Customers
We are happy to ship internationally, and have successfully delivered parts from Sweden, to Australia, to the Philippines. However, this site can not accurately estimate international shipping cost. Email us, and we can provide estimated shipping cost with multiple carriers. Either way, we will need to fulfill your order via an invoice*. Also, we are required to state actual $ value on customs forms, no exceptions.
*Exceptions are Mexico and Canada, to which we will ship most smaller items for a flat rate of $30
Limitations of Liability
By using any product(s) sold or offered by Angry Ass Limited, user is accepting the following conditions and limitations of liability. Angry Ass Limited is not responsible for any damages that may occur or have occurred by using the product(s) that are sold or offered by Angry Ass Limited. Angry Ass Limited does not pay for consequential, incidental and/or contingent damages or costs incurred of any kind, including the cost incurred directly or indirectly in relation to product(s) sold by Angry Ass Limited including labor or product(s) coverage. All product(s) sold or offered by Angry Ass Limited are intended for Racing and off road use only, not for use on public roads. It is the sole and complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their vehicles meet all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of product(s) and holds Angry Ass Limited and its owners harmless of any liability.
Risk of Injury or Death
Racing, competition, motorsports, and high speed driving are inherently dangerous activities, and accidents or failures of parts or product(s) may lead to injury or death. Angry Ass Limited is not liable for any damages or loss of life related to these activities.
Warranty
Warranties are non-transferable, and only apply to the original purchaser of the product(s). Angry Ass Limited will only replace or repair warranty items at the discretion of Angry Ass Limited. Angry Ass Limited will only replace the defective product once Angry Ass Limited has verified that the product(s) are faulty and we have confirmed that the part is within its warranty period. Products that may have been damaged or lost as a result of a faulty product or installation will not be replaced by Angry Ass Limited under any circumstances. This includes but is also not limited to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for foreign shipments. There is no warranty, expressed or implied, on any parts used for competition or track events. Additionally, there is no warranty on electrical parts.
Shipping Damage
All product(s) are properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping but sometimes accidents happen. It is the responsibility of the original purchaser of the product(s) to notify Angry Ass Limited of any and all damages immediately upon receiving the package and to properly document the damage to the packaging and the product(s), pictures are required. Any damage due to shipping that has not been documented and sent to Angry Ass Limited within 5 days of product(s) receipt will not qualify for Return and/or Exchange.
International Use
Angry Ass Limited makes no representation that materials on the Angry Ass Limited web site (www.Angry-Ass.com) are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the territories of the United States. Accessing our site from countries where their contents are illegal is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from other countries outside of the United States, that’s your initiative and only you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Angry Ass Limited reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice (this will only happen in case of errors).
Pricing Information & Website Errors
All pricing on this website is subject to change. Angry Ass Limited reserves the right to correct any price error or product detail without penalty, and refuse or cancel any order placed for any product that may be affected by price or description error, discontinuation, or for order totals which were calculated incorrectly. We try pretty hard, but mistakes happen. By using the Angry Ass Limited website, you agree to the understanding that Angry Ass Limited cannot guarantee order fulfillment under these conditions.
Orders
All sales fall under the Terms and Conditions outlined in these words. Any modifications to these standard terms must be approved in writing by Angry Ass Limited. Orders consisting of all in-stock items typically ship within four business days (Mon-thru-Sat). We will be in contact if, for any reason, shipping window lengthens. Please let us know before placing an order, if your order is urgent, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your need. Orders cannot currently be placed for out-of-stock item(s); please shoot us an email, and an Angry Ass rep will contact the customer to offer condolences/give an estimated re-stocking and shipping date.
Order Tracking
Once we fulfill your order, use the standard online tracking services (typically it will be USPS or UPS).
If you have any trouble tracking your package (which probably means Brent fat-fingered the tracking number), or have questions about a back-ordered product, you can email us at info@angry-ass.com.
Placing an Order
Order online via secure checkout, using your credit card, PayPal, etc. Angry Ass Limited does not ship to PO boxes!
Alternatively, shoot us an email and we can send a PayPal invoice just as easily.
When will my credit card/account be charged?
Angry Ass Limited utilizes Stripe, a Squarespace-approved payment clearing house, and PayPal. You cannot order out-of-stock products, so in both cases your money comes out immediately. We can easily refund partially or in full, and revise orders as needed – just ask.
Cancelling an Order
Aw, don’t do that. But an order can be easily cancelled at any time prior to shipment by sending us an email at info@angry-ass.com.
Returns & Exchanges
Prior to returning any goods, Buyer must submit return form with required information found at https://angry-ass.com/returns-exchanges and obtain a printed return authorization number from Angry Ass Limited. Returns must be within 20 days of receipt of goods for monetary refund. Any goods authorized for return by Angry Ass Limited after 20 days of good receipt only qualify for credit on the Angry Ass Limited web site (www.Angry-Ass.com). All returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee at the discretion of Angry Ass Limited.
Returned goods must be in as-new condition (in original, uninstalled shape) and in undamaged packaging (so it’s available for immediate resale). Monetary refund or credit will not be issued for any product that has been opened, installed, used, or Donkeyed-with in any manner. Such items will be returned to Buyer at Buyer's expense.
Original shipping charges are non refundable. All shipping expenses and where applicable customs duties are the Buyer’s responsibility for returning goods. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to document that Angry Ass Limited has received returned goods. It is recommended that you save the freight receipt or a copy of it.
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, Angry Ass Limited will email a receipt of goods with an approval or rejection for refund/exchange/credit. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Out of Stock Products
Our goal is to stack as many popular products on the shelf as possible. However, there are times when we need to produce more products before we can sell more. Contact us, and we’ll keep you informed on production timelines and estimated shipping date for an out-of-stock product.
These timeframes are sometimes not fully in our control due to 3rd party dependencies, so note that estimated dates are in no way guaranteed dates. It is simply the best and most honest information we have at the time.
