Angry Ass | M60 + M62 PCV and Intake Manifold Interface
As you can tell we had a hard time naming this one! Not content with a one size fits all approach because of the vast differences between builds or with the current quality of OEM replacement options we decided to develop a solution that allows you to specify what you need for your exact application and even develop your own solutions if desired.
The base interface plate replaces the OEM PCV plate and is fitted with two barbed stainless steel vacuum ports in the OEM locations for fuel pressure as well as a spare. In the center of the plate is the main interface bore that accepts multiple interface “plugs” that you can option or have us do a custom design or if you’re up for it you can get a blank unit and modify as you need. Plugs are retained with a stainless steel spiral retaining ring to allow for easy updating of your plate if needed.
DEVELOPMENT UPDATES: We are working on a rebuildable PCV valve and diaphragm that can be installed in the bore of the manifold interface plate and has improved vapor handling in the manifold. This will allow for a fully serviceable PCV system for those who prefer the OEM crank case ventilation solution. Additionally for those going forced induction we are working on a oil separator that can be easily plumbed into your system and allows for oil return to the pan. Both of these options will be replacing our crank case vent line adapter to offer complete solutions for your M6X crank case ventilation needs, expected release in the 1st quarter of 2024.

Interface plate and plugs are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum in USA
Interface plate and plugs are vapor honed with ceramic media and then MIL-A-8625 Type III hard anodized black with the exception of the blank plug which is left in raw aluminum
