Our drop in radiators use a thicker core than OEM BMW and the generic aftermarket aluminum units offered by others, its so big it doubles as a nice drink holder (see picture gallery). By using a thicker core we increase cooling capacity all while maintaining the OEM positions for mounting, shrouds, sensors and oil coolers. For those requiring something more custom we are happy to work with you to develop a solution.
NOTE: Lead times are 2-4 weeks for current designs if not in stock and 12 weeks + for custom work. Custom work requires a $1000 deposit at time of order and will be adjusted once a final design is determined. Currently only for manual transmission vehicles.

Furnace brazed and annealed cores (no epoxy)
Welded seam tubes (no brazed lock seams) ensuring peak performance for years
Aggressive multi-louvered fin counts for enhanced turbulence, while more expensive, maximizes cooling for the hard to cool applications
Show quality welds with consistent bead width, dab spacing and penetration
Pressure tested at 32psi to ensure units are leak free and structurally sound
Requires slight trimming of stock fan shroud
Use with our PWM fan controller and shroud to eliminate the viscous and auxiliary fan and have a total cooling package
