Angry Ass | S38B36 Billet Aluminum Vacuum Reservoir
Unlike the E34 M5 and its S38B36, the OEM plastic vacuum reservoir doesn’t age very well. . . After being exposed to the harsh conditions of the engine bay you start to see failures. Whether it be hose nipples breaking off or failures of the reservoir itself.
Our fix for that is a custom 6061 aluminum vacuum reservoir. We’ve reduced the length of the reservoir but increased its diameter so that we maintain the same capacity as OEM. This allows us to use a more robust rubber OEM mount and allows for additional clearance for line routing.
