Core4 | Anti-Fatigue Wheel Spacers
With any spacer, the design goal is to have the wheel centered on the center bore and seated flat and parallel with the spacer and hub. This allows for the clamp load of the wheel fasteners to generate the friction between the wheel, spacer, and hub interface required for wheel loading and stability.
The main issue we have come across with many spacer brands is center-bore chamfer interference due to manufacturing differences of wheel brands and spacers. This leads to the wheel resting on the spacer's center bore chamfer instead of sitting flush with the mounting pad of the spacer. When this happens, the mounted wheel is never flush with the spacer mounting pad and the load from driving is transferred to the wheel fasteners causing fatigue and potential failure.
Core4’s spacer design eliminates this issue completely and is why they are the sole spacer option that we carry.
Priced as a set of two, you need two sets for a vehicle.
ATTENTION: For racing, competition, or other off-road use only!
